How to Keep Healthy

Many people sometimes think little about health. The don’t care of their body, or condition. They will think of their health when they feel sick. However we have to pay attention how to keep healthy. Below, I give tips how to keep healthy.
                Please pay attention to these tips and do it as well as you can. If you want to be healthy you must :
1.     1.  Get up early, so you can breathe fresh air.
2.     2.  Do little exercise.
3.     3.  Drink fresh water or mineral water.
4.     4.  Take a bath regularly.
5.     5.  Have enough meal in one day.
6.     6.  Have enough rest.
7.     7.  Don’t think of negative things.
8.     8.  Consume nutritious food
9.     9.  Keep cleanliness
1010.  Don’t go to bed late.
I think you can get healthy if you do all of that exercise.Thank You
